When we visited my parents recently, G loved being outside and especially loved Grandma's flowers on the patio. He even would pull leaves off the flowers! Oops! Sorry Grandma!
(You can see his new puppy shoes, which he just loves!)
Meet another family member; here is my sister T and her two cats - Star and Skye. When I was back in ND for a visit recently, I took some pictures for her. The cats were a bit nervous to get their photo taken and we had (happy?) helpers assisting round them up when they dodged the scene. It was a challenge to get these shots, but I think we got some good ones!
We recently went back to ND to visit family, and while we were there we spent some time with friends of ours who live on the Missouri River. They took us out on a pontoon, which was G's first boat ride. We stopped on a sandbar to let the kids play for a bit, and I got a chance to take some pictures.

Last weekend was my Grandma's 90th birthday party, so we made the trek up to ND to help celebrate. I was asked to be the "official" photographer for the event; I was nervous but excited. The morning of the party, I had a nervous stomach and had trouble eating breakfast! Here are some of my favorites from that day:
I love this one. Her emotions show as everyone sings Happy Birthday to her.
I love this one, too. It was taken right after everyone had finished singing Happy Birthday to her, and everyone was applauding. My Grandma was emotional, as were many others there.
You've met their little brother J, now meet big brothers D and M! I took these pictures last fall. What handsome little guys, don't you think?! I can't wait to take a family picture!
I've always loved taking pictures. In fact, I am sure I've annoyed people in the past with my incessant picture taking. More is better, right? Then I bought a new camera and starting taking photography courses, which led to even more pictures being taken. And now I am sharing them. I see. I snap. You look?
